Yes. All good things must come to an end. Fortunately, all of our products have a one year lifespan. Plenty of time for your dog to indulge.

Our products arrive in a resealable pouch, ensuring that they stay fresh & don’t become stale. We recommend storing them in a cool dry space, just like you would with a packet of custard creams.

Our ethos is about consciously considering what you give your dog. We recommend no more than 6 a day & our snacks should be part of a balanced diet. Our treats aren’t full of nasty processed sugars, they are healthy alternatives so you can be a little more generous than you would a supermarket alternative. Remember to always ensure that your dog has plenty of fresh drinking water when eating.

Most of our products are suitable for all dogs, including those with conditions such as pancreatitis, kidney disease, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease & other sensitivities. You can find the composition breakdown & dietary information in each product listing. If you’re uncertain still, drop us a line to discuss your dog.

Our hand-baked snacks are suitable for puppies over the age of 8 weeks.

Delivery is completely free on all orders over £50. For orders below this, our standard delivery fee is just £3.99.

Should any product purchased arrive faulty or damaged, we will be happy to arrange either a refund or replacement product(s). Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for fussy dogs but we are super confident that your dog will love our recipes.
